The Ashby One agenda is being custom built with proprietary data and research. Each panel, lightning talk, and session will feature experienced practitioners and leaders actively tackling current and emerging trends.
Every year, talent leaders are being asked to navigate yet another new challenge. This track will spotlight practiced approaches to emerging priorities such as Quality of Hire, talent density, headcount planning, and more.
As the RecOps function grows in sophistication, so too have the tools and technology available. This track will increase operational efficiency, dig deeper into AI innovation, and unite like-minded experts.
Ashby co-founders Benji Encz and Abhik Pramanik unveil the next generation of AI for recruiting at Ashby One 2026 in London. Highlights include Scheduled Agents, Career Page Builder, WhatsApp messaging, AI-assisted application review and report building, and more.
)
Ashby product managers Emre Murray Mangir and Eric Sun introduce two new AI capabilities: AI Talent Rediscovery, which scores your existing ATS against a role's criteria before you go sourcing, and Custom Agents, which read recruiting data and take action inside Ashby, from advancing a candidate's stage to drafting outreach.
)
Anita Chandrasekhar and Casey Firey of Zapier's talent strategy and operations team show how they operationalize AI adoption: a hub-and-spoke model that puts an AI transformation manager in every department, a framework for measuring impact across quality, efficiency, and experience, and three case studies covering hiring workflows, reference checks, and resume fraud.
Tim Chattaway of Sony Sports Technology and Laura Barnes of Flock compare how their teams measure Quality of Hire at scale: rebuilding scorecards around justified conviction instead of middle-of-the-road ratings, catching a struggling new hire inside the first 30 days, and feeding the data back into how the next role gets written.
In this session, see how Ashby and CodeSignal put real skill measurement at the center of the entire hiring workflow. Presented in partnership with CodeSignal.
)
Create dashboards and reports tailored to how your team hires. Track metrics like Quality of Hire, Funnel Velocity, and SLAs with calculated fields, and turn recruiting data into leadership-ready insights.
Shiran Duchovny, Global TA Ops Manager at Monday.com, breaks down the three-group model her team used to win lasting buy-in for a company-wide ATS rollout.
)
Melissa Bierly, Senior Product Manager at Ashby, introduces Ashby People Workflows, an engine for automating onboarding orchestration. Laura Barnes, VP of Talent at Flock, shares how her team used it to cut background checks from days to minutes and save 20 hours of manual work a week.
)
Liz Wagner, who leads Talent Operations and Programs at Vanta, walks through how her team configured Ashby's AI-assisted application review and turned on candidate fraud detection after a fraudulent hire slipped through screening.
)
Emily discusses her Flow, Focus, Friction framework to diagnose problems, make confident decisions, and earn a seat at the strategic table.
)
Juliet Peniston of Confluent and Katie Beswick of Xero walk through a capacity model built on start dates, fraud detection that runs before the first pre-screen, and an AI rollout at Xero that the team built for itself.
RecOps consultant Meena Rudmann maps the stakeholder personas behind every enablement request, from the skeptic who needs proof to the overbuilder who needs redirecting, plus the pause-and-diagnose method she uses to respond to each.
)
Superhuman's Chief People Officer Kenny Mendes and Head of HR Brady Donaldson explain how they run an ongoing "re-enrollment" motion across recruiting and HR, and the voluntary salary-for-equity program that reshaped how the company thinks about compensation.
)
Stacey Slater, Director of Global TA at Oyster, breaks down the outcome-first talent framework her team uses to decide whether a hiring request needs internal mobility, AI and tooling, or a new hire, in that order.
Iraj Samuel, Talent Partner at Accurx, turns hiring data into an argument stakeholders can't ignore: a calibration map that surfaces panel bias, an urgency report that unsticks a stalled stage, and a self-serve dashboard that gets Accurx's Chief People Officer challenging her own numbers instead of waiting on the talent team for them.
)
Tom Chapman, Director of Talent Acquisition at Dave, on making candidate fraud easier to catch by fixing the conditions recruiters work in: staggered role openings, a target of fewer than 15 recruiter screens per hire, and clarity on what good looks like before a role opens.
)
Rachel Lanman shares how she built a sustainable RecOps strategy at Intercom — from finding time for big bets to creating a living framework that connects day-to-day coordination work to company-level goals.
Ashby Senior Legal Counsel Kelly Fish walks through how the EU AI Act's risk-based framework applies to recruiting tools, and Tourlane's Max Rauschen and hyperexponential's Lucy Szypula show how they turn that framework into vendor questions and day-to-day AI guardrails.
)
Shopify's Scott Bonneau and Juniper Square's Felicia Menon unpack new Talent Trends data on inbound hiring, recruiter capacity, and AI-assisted interviews, and share how their teams are adapting recruiting operations in response.

I spent Wednesday at Ashby One London, and it's got me feeling inspired ⚡
Much of the content echoed a narrative that's existed in the market for a while: Talent is becoming a more strategic function in the age of AI.
The event itself was incredibly impressive. You could feel how deliberately it had all been put together, and it's clear that that kind of execution that only comes from a genuinely well run organisation. I'd hire Ashby's events team in a heartbeat!
The product keynote alone covered a handful of new products and features landing over the next few months, which is very on brand for them. There's such an air of relentlessness with Ashby: they're always building ahead of where the market actually is instead of catching up to it.
(And obviously we made time for the swag cafe - I think that was Jack's favourite part 🤪)
)
Insightful thoughts on #HeadcountPlanning from Jim Miller and Siobhan Palermo at#AshbyOne … plan headcount based on ARR triggers as opposed to planning over time. It's a best in class, all-in-one recruiting tool meaning the team don't have to context switch in and out of a bunch of solutions - meaning they can be more efficient and focus on being Talent Partners to the business! Great session. Thank you Ashby.
)
Yesterday at Ashby One was incredible! I’m leaving inspired, energized, and full of fresh ideas thanks to the brilliant speakers and insightful conversations with the TA and RecOps community. Huge shoutout to the Ashby team for pulling off an impressive first conference! You nailed the details, brought the energy, and created a space for meaningful connection.
)
As someone in People Ops, it was energizing to see how data and systems like Ashby are helping teams elevate the end-to-end hiring experience - from recruiter productivity to candidate experience and offer acceptance. Big thanks to the Ashby team for this awesome experience, can't wait for the next One!
)
Huge kudos to Ashby's team for Ashby One 2026 in San Francisco! Like every other TA person, I already love the product but I have to say, I admire the people behind it even more. It's rare to see a team combine such great product taste with such real care for their customers and community 💜
)
Still riding the high from an incredible experience at the inaugural Ashby Conference! Huge thanks to the Ashby team for the warm welcome, thoughtful touches, and for pulling off such a fantastic event.
)
I never thought I’d be at a conference for an ATS — but @ashbyhq really is beloved by recruiters 🫶

Ashby One last Thursday in San Francisco was a refreshing change from spending days inside conference halls in Vegas. The venue itself, a converted warehouse-style space with auditoriums, breakout rooms, open courtyards, and a really thoughtful mix of indoor/outdoor experiences, gave the event an energy that felt more like a festival than a traditional HR tech conference. And honestly, that vibe matched the community Ashby is building. What stood out most to me wasn’t just the product announcements or roadmap updates. It was seeing founders and leadership walking the floors, talking directly with customers, listening to feedback, and engaging in real conversations about where hiring and people operations are headed... Kudos to Ashby for building such an incredible community and creating an event experience that actually felt human, connected, and energizing.
)
Still buzzing from the energy at the first Ashby One conference in London! 🇬🇧
The true power of events like this comes down to the connections. I had the pleasure of crossing paths with so many truly brilliant minds, specifically Benjamin Encz, Jackie Bycinthe, MSIOP and Rebecca Goodall. Thank you both for making my first conference such a welcoming and insightful experience!
I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first-ever conference! 🌟
)
✨Still buzzing from the Ashby One Conference in San Francisco last week! It was such a well-run, thoughtfully curated event — huge shoutout to the Ashby team for bringing together a passionate group of talent acquisition professionals and creating space for meaningful conversations around the future of recruiting. 🚀
)
Had a blast at the Ashby One conference yesterday! This was exactly the kind of energy I needed right now.✨ Being in a room full of Talent professionals is its own kind of fuel, and I left with a head full of ideas I’m already putting into action... Already looking forward to the next one! #ashbyone
)
That's a wrap! 👏✨ Beyond all of the incredible insights shared throughout the conference, one thing is clear: Ashby knows how to create an experience that sticks with you long after it's over. So grateful for the conversations, ideas, and connections made yesterday.
)
Ashby ONE was such a blast. Huge thanks to the Ashby team for putting together a day that made me think “Gosh, I wish so-and-so could see this” at least a dozen times. So grateful for the chance to be in the room for it all.
)
I’ve never left a conference feeling this energized. #AshbyOne2026 wasn’t just feature announcements. It was packed with sessions, conversations, and even a build-a-thon centered around what AI-native recruiting workflows can actually look like when built thoughtfully. What stood out most was the openness of the people there. Recruiters and talent leaders were openly sharing best practices, challenges, wins, and even AI prompts. That kind of collaboration is rare, and it made the event feel that much more fun. Coming from an open source founded company, it also made my heart so happy... Huge credit to the Ashby team for creating a space that felt thoughtful, collaborative, and future-focused. Now… time to bring the ideas back to Supabase and keep building 🤓
)
My first Ashby One was 12/10. I’ve never felt more clearheaded or energized about where recruiting is headed as AI evolves the future of work. They announced no less than 17 exciting new product developments that made me wish I was a recruiter again, and every session that followed showed exactly how they augment the teams using them. If you've ever experienced an Ashby event, you know there’s always magic in the air, they don't miss a single detail. But the real secret to the magic is the community they've built. I'm so honored to be a part of it.
)
The first-ever Ashby conference yesterday was amazing - the venue, the product releases (the hits just kept coming), the people, the content... congrats to the entire team for an incredible gathering! It was so fun bumping into friends in the community, meeting new ones, and spending time with our GBD team Adam, Jill, and Jessie. Let's do it again next year.
)
See you again in 2027 Ashby! I intend to be the 1st Ashby One registrant again 🥇 Great product- and feature conversations w/ Benjamin Encz, Abhik Pramanik and Christian Novicki! Willem Wijnans stole the show with the Ai agent Build-a-thon! Thank you for great insights and connections, Ashby One!
)
I had the pleasure of attending#AshbyOne last week, and I’m still thinking about the impactful conversations on how we elevate our function to be more strategic, data-driven, and human-centered. Major kudos to Ashby for pulling it all together!
)
Just wrapped up Ashby One and wow; what an incredible experience! 🙌 I loved connecting with other TA professionals and RecOps leaders to share ideas, learn best practices, and talk through the real challenges (and wins!) we're all navigating.
)
Ashby blew it out the park with Ashby One London!
I had the most energising, inspiring, wonderful day connecting with incredible TA professionals and meeting so many of the beautiful Ashby team in person.
It was genuinely the best event I've ever been to.
Attention to detail? Outstanding
Brand experience? Second to none
Food? Delicious
Programming? Fascinating
Attendees? Incredible
Swag? Immense
Happy to report the after party also kicked ass and I've found a lifelong karaoke partner in Christy O'Reilly.
Thank you so much to the Ashby team and the event staff, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure everyone had the best experience.
)
Bravo Ashby. AshbyOne was a masterclass on how to throw an event aimed at the enablement of users. It was meticulously planned and clearly a labor of love for the whole org. My team had a wonderful time meeting other customers and listening to a carefully curated group of speakers that had a myriad of unique problems and solutions they were able to use Ashby for. Thank you to Benjamin Encz, Abhik Pramanik, Willem Wijnans, Micah Konzen, Corrina Stempky, Max Rodewald, Devon Parikh, and so many more I can't remember right at this moment. Your team is clearly a cut above.
)
Still riding the high from #AshbyOne SF yesterday 🙌 600+ TA and RecOps professionals in one room; the energy was unreal. If you were there, you know... Beyond the launches, the conversations around Quality of Hire, headcount planning, and talent density were exactly what the industry needs to be talking about right now. Grateful to have been in the room for it.
)
I spoke at Ashby One in San Francisco yesterday. First ever speaking engagement. Somehow survived... To everyone at Ashby and everyone I managed to speak with on the day, thank you. The whole room was warm, engaged, and made a first-time speaker feel like they'd done something right. That genuinely meant a lot.
)
A big congrats to Benjamin Encz and the entire Ashby team for pulling off another phonomenal AshbyONE conference yesterday. I did my part to support by donning my Ashby socks and purple jumpsuit.💜 Inspired to build + get off of the waitlist for all these upcoming products at Ashby.
)
My face anytime someone says, “Hey can you chat about Ashby?” 🤓 So many mic drop releases at the Ashby One conference yesterday, and had a blast talking about candidate fraud prevention in the keynote video!
)
Dang what a week for the recruiting world! Apparently everyone coming out of Ashby One is buzzing about how good the content was.
