Core Update
A new granular permission, Can Add Notes, is now available for all plans. This additional user permission allows Elevated Users to add notes to candidate profiles, without providing them permission to edit the candidate's profile or add candidates. This permission is automatically enabled for all users with the Can Add/Edit Candidates permission.
The Can Add Notes granular permission requires the Can See Notes granular permission to be enabled first.
