Slack alert improvements and new Hiring Manager Experience Survey Template NPS Report

We’ve improved how rich text formatting appears in Slack alerts, asd well as added a new Hiring Manager Experience NPS report template to easily create a report to capture this data.

Our Slack alerts now better support rich text formatting when using them in Alerts sent to Slack.

• Paragraphs now keep visible spacing instead of showing as a single block of text.
• Ordered lists render as numbered and bulleted lists, instead of showing raw characters.
• Bold and italic formatting with leading or trailing spaces now render correctly, as well as using a combination of bold and italic formatting.
  

  

We've also added a new template to report on the Hiring Manager Experience NPS score, which is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. It’s built around the default Hiring Manager Experience NPS question in the survey, and responses are classified using the standard buckets: 9–10 as promoters, 7–8 as passives, and 0–6 as detractors.

Something to keep in mind is that the report includes only submitted responses with an NPS score, focusing on completed sentiment data.
