Candidate-facing department and team names

A candidate-facing name can now be set for Departments or Teams. This name will show on the job board for candidates.

For example, this Department has a candidate-facing name set.

When candidates view the job board, the job posting will show under the candidate-facing Department's name, instead of the internal name.
