Collect structured education history in candidate-facing forms

You can now collect structured education data directly from candidates with a new Education History field. Add it to your application, sourcing, referral, and hiring event forms. Candidates can submit one or more education entries using structured sub-fields, giving you cleaner, more reliable, candidate-provided data instead of relying on resume parsing.

Included in this update:

• Sub-fields for School, Degree, Field of Study, and Start/End Dates
• Configuration options to control which sub-fields appear and whether candidates can submit multiple entries
• Candidate-submitted data takes precedence over resume-parsed data, so education records reflect what the candidate directly provided

In an upcoming release we will also parse more structured data directly from resumes, allowing for improved filtering and searching on education data.
