Conditional tokens for E-Signature documents

Conditional tokens were only available for offer letters, but we've now added support for these tokens on E-signature documents! To add conditional tokens for E-signature documents, go to the E-Signature Documents page.

Here's an example of setting up a conditional token for an E-signature document for job considerations with an Inbond: Applied source.

Include this condition in your E-signature document template.

If the condition is met, the text set in the conditional token will show.

Otherwise, the conditional token's contents will not be added to the E-signature document.
