Confidential Email Sequences

Whether you’re reaching out to executive candidates or running a confidential backfill, some sequences aren’t meant to be visible to everyone. With Ashby’s new Confidential Sequences, you now have a way to keep sensitive outreach limited to just the people who need to see it.

You can now mark a sequence as confidential to limit visibility to just the creator by default. This is especially useful for executive search, backfills, and other sensitive hiring efforts.

When a sequence is marked confidential:

• It’s hidden from other users in the sequence list, recent activity, and analytics

• It doesn’t appear on candidate profiles or in the Chrome extension

• It’s excluded from sequence metrics, candidate list filters, and reports

• Other users can’t enroll candidates who are already in a confidential sequence (they’ll see an error instead)

You can still share confidential sequences with specific teammates when needed, or convert any existing sequence to or from confidential at any time.
