Create email templates for Events

Previously, event confirmation emails would be set directly in the event. Now, you can create shared email templates and set these for each event. This allows you to quickly set a customized email template for the confirmation email for multiple events, as well as create multiple email templates to use for different events.
The following event substitution tokens are supported in the email template:
- Hiring Event Name
- Hiring Event Audience Member's Time Slot
- Hiring Event Audience Member's Registration Form Submission
