For our Plus plan customers with the advanced scheduling add-on and for Enterprise plan customers, you can now customize the threshold for when an interviewer is automatically replaced if they decline an interview.

Previously, this was a fixed 24-hour threshold. With this update, you can specify how soon before an interview another interviewer can be automatically scheduled to replace an unavailable one.

Admins can set a global default in Scheduling defaults page, under the Automation tab. Schedules that use the interviewer auto-replace feature can either use this default value or override it as needed. Additionally, we've updated user-facing messages, including notifications and activity feed copies, to reflect this new window.
