Customize full text blocks from a single substitution token

You can now customize substitution text for multiple-choice fields in offer templates and e-signature documents.

Instead of inserting just the option label, each choice can now drop in a customizable text (or none at all). The icons on the left let you know at a glance which options still need text or display no text.

This feature makes it easy to generate offer letters with highly variable language depending on the job, like remote vs hybrid vs on-site, without writing complex conditional logic or duplicating templates.

When it comes time to use customized text in substitution tokens for your templates you can just select from the dropdown.

And the appropriate text will insert automatically.

To get started head over to your custom Offer fields and set the text you want to embed for your multiple choice substitution tokens.
