Delay archiving Slack channel for interview

Slack channels created for interviews are archived when a candidate is hired or their application is archived, and this update allows you to choose when the Slack channel is archived. Adding a delay helps teams share information about the candidate before the channel is archived (for example, the candidate was hired so the channel will be automatically archived in three days).

You can set this in each individual schedule, the interview plan stage's schedule template, or Scheduling Defaults page.

• Immediate: This will archive the Slack channel immediately after the candidate is hired or when their job consideration is archived.
• Delayed: Choose to archive the Slack channel several minutes, hours, or days after the candidate is hired or their job consideration is archived.
