Each view of the Recruiting Planner now has drilldown support, utilizing the candidate search based on the Recruiting Planner's pre-filtered data points. Here's what to expect in each view:
- Summary: Click on the Progress cell in the table to view the pre-filtered Candidate Search showing candidates who reached the specific stage in the specified timeframe for that Team.
- Stage Progress: Clicking on the interview stage bar will take you to the Candidate Search page, pre-filtered with the data of candidates in progress in the specific stage within the set timeframe.
- Plan Progress: Drilldown on the "Hires made" bar to view which Hires count towards the Recruiting Plan.
- Progress over time: Drilldown on the Hiring Plan bar to view which Hires count towards the Recruiting Plan.
- Pace to Goal: Clicking on the bar for the current progress will take you to the Candidate Search, pre-filtered with the current Hires.
