Filter for any candidate's job consideration's outcome

We've introduced a filter that will allow you to view candidates' job considerations that meet a specific outcome. This uses the Has Job Considerations with Outcome field.

A common use case for this is automating a candidate experience survey to candidates only if they have no active applications.
