Hours per Hire & Interview Load Upgrades

Ashby's template reports just got a boost!

The Interviews per Hire report now presents total interviewer hours and includes an interviewer hours per hire metric:

Similarly, Interview Load report now gives a detailed breakdown on candidate experience and interviewer hours:

And as an added bonus, both of these reports allow customization of the columns displayed for customized dashboarding.
