Job board filter improvements

We've added a couple of improvements when filtering jobs on the Ashby-hosted job board. These updates will help candidates quickly filter for jobs relevant to their search:

• Job posting count: Quickly see how many jobs are available for each Department/Team, Location, and Employment type

  

• Quickly access all Department/Teams, Locations, and Employment Type options: Previously, you'd have to take an additional click to see all options. Now, when you click into a drop-down option, all other options will continue to display with the job posting counts.

If an option isn't applicable to the filter, the option will be greyed out and show with zero jobs.
