Mark custom job and opening fields as required

You can now set custom fields as required for jobs and openings.

This will ensure you have custom fields populated with data before moving jobs and openings out of a draft state.

We'll surface reminders and a red asterisk for required fields in respective settings views.

You also have the ability to mark the built-in fields of "team" and "location" as required for openings.

These settings ensure better data consistency and help avoid manual processes to make sure these fields are correctly filled out.
