Today, we're releasing Offer Version History, giving you a complete record of how an offer changed from first draft to final approval. Offers rarely stay static through negotiation and internal review. Compensation adjusts, terms shift, and approvals happen in sequence. Now, from the Offer view, you get full transparency into Offer Version History with the ability to audit prior offer values and approvals, without manually tracking changes, reviewing the activity feed, or reaching out to the hiring team.

Offer Version History is visible directly within the Offer view. You can see a list of all previous versions alongside a view that highlights exactly what changed between each one, so you can quickly identify where compensation shifted, what terms were updated, and how the offer moved through each stage of review.

Get approval context on offer versions

Each version in the history includes the comments associated with it, so you can understand not just what changed but why. For teams that route offers through multiple approvers or apply compensation frameworks, this brings transparency to a process that often gets scattered across emails and side conversations.

Generated Offer Letters are also tied to each version. If you need to reference what was sent, it's there in context.
