Pivot tables & new report View Options

Ashby reports now support pivot tables! From within Ashby's "table" view of a report you can now enable pivot mode and quickly create and adjust a pivot table on the go. You can also include optional row or column totals for supported fields.

With this update, we also put a new layer of polish on our report View Options element and updated our documentation.
