Projected Hires on Passthrough Tables

Our passthrough tables now offer projected hires based on candidates active in process. We'll analyze your passthrough rates unique to each grouping and estimate how many hires you'll make and then sum it all up. With this feature you can explore different groupings and estimate the hiring outcome based on your historical data.

Enable this feature by showing your active count with projects in the View Options of any passthrough report. Check it out and read more in our advanced report catalog.
