Promote custom application form to shared

A custom application form can now be promoted to a shared application form, which allows it to be easily applied to other job postings. This update saves the time it would take to build the same application form.

To get started, go to a custom application form set in a job posting's Application Form tab. You'll see the button to promote that custom application form to a shared application form.

When promoting a custom application form, you'll need to set a title for the newly-promoted shared application form.

Once this is set, it'll be added to the list of shared application forms.
