Core Update

We've added a new report template to report on the average time between a candidate's hire date (when a candidate is moved to the Hired stage) and the employment start date (taken from the offer letter), providing data on how long it typically takes for candidates to start working. This report provides key data used to plan headcount and team planning.

For All-in-one customers, we gather a candidate's hire date from when a candidate is moved to the Hired stage, and the employment start date is collected from the offer letter. For Analytics customers, we get this from the offer letter start date field. Then, we calculate the duration and form an average.

Navigate to this report template by going to Report Templates >> Time to Start (under the Hiring Speed) section. When choosing the report, it'll default to the last 12 months by month timeline.

You can also select another field to use as the start date. This is set at the Settings >> Parameters section.

Here's an example of the report with a timeframe of this year and grouping by department.
