Want to track sourced candidates for a job before they've expressed interest in interviewing? Now you can with leads on jobs!

Setup

To start tracking leads, update your job's interview plan(s) with lead stages. Go to Admin → Customize Interviews → Interview Plans. For each interview plan, add lead stages:

You typically want to track new leads, leads you've reached out to, and leads that have responded.

As you're sourcing, you can add candidates to lead stages:

Candidates in lead stages are located in a new section of the candidate pipeline called "Leads":

Reporting

Since what we once called "applications" now represent leads for jobs (not just applicants or active interviewers), we now call applications "job considerations".
