Confidential Jobs

Organization Admins can now create confidential jobs by checking the Is Confidential? checkbox when creating a new job

By default, a confidential job will only be visible to the author. Organization Admins don't have access to these roles unless explicitly granted access by the author.

To add a user to a confidential job, the author can visit the permissions tab on their employee profile, and add the job under Job Access Roles.
