A new and powerful field has been added to candidate applications: Days in Current Interview Stage Group.
When combined with filtering you can setup reports to meet operational or SLA goals to keep your candidates moving through your pipeline in a timely fashion. For historical reporting, the Interview Stage Transitions subject now has a Days in Stage field to similarly facilitate historical analysis of hiring velocity.
As an example, this report looks at referrals in the Application Review stage group for more than 10 days, grouped by department.
