Global application questions and auto-reject rules
Enterprise customers can now set up application questions that appear across all jobs. You can also configure auto-reject rules based on these questions.
This eliminates the need to manage these questions and rules across multiple application forms, allowing you to use a single global setting. It's especially useful if there is specific data you need to collect from applicants for all or most jobs.

You can use Ashby filters on any job field to narrow the scope to specific job postings or apply it across all jobs.

In this example, the question “Can you work out of the office three days a week?” can be set as a global application question. It will appear at the bottom of the standard application questions on the application forms for job postings in the design department.

If you have non-negotiable requirements for all or many jobs, you can create auto-reject rules based on these global application questions.
Tracking and managing the same application questions and auto-reject rules across numerous job postings, at scale, can quickly become an administrative burden. These new global settings are designed to make your team more efficient, saving time as you scale and post new jobs.
Enterprise customers can get started by navigating to Global Application Questions in their admin settings.
