Manage and share complex dashboards with saved Views
Ashby dashboards are built to help you track the metrics that matter. But filters like job, department, or location reset often. For teams who check dashboards regularly or need to share narrow data snapshots, this can become a repetitive task.
Saved Views

Store any combination of dashboard-level filters as a named view. Once saved, views appear in a dropdown on the dashboard for easy access and reuse. Data-driven talent teams rely on a growing number of dashboards to track hiring performance across departments, roles, regions or goals. With saved views, its simple to quickly switch between views.
Filtered Dashboard Sharing

There are two new ways to share your saved views. A new Share button in view-only mode and a Share option in the “More” menu in edit mode let you generate URLs that include, or exclude, your current filter configuration. Anyone opening the link lands on the exact same filtered dashboard you’re viewing.
Go to Filtered Report

On any dashboard tile, the Go to report action now defaults to opening the underlying report with the dashboard’s filters applied. A menu option also lets you open the unfiltered report when needed.
One-click filtered reports
On any dashboard tile, click the Go to report icon. By default, this opens the report with your dashboard filters applied, so you can immediately drill into the underlying data. Use the dropdown to switch back to the unfiltered report when needed.
Saved Views are a powerful new way to save and share pre-configured filter combinations across your dashboards. They are useful for anyone managing multiple departments, roles, or hiring managers. You can save a dashboard filtered by department for one audience, and another filtered by job or hiring stage for yourself.
