Shared take-home assignments
We now support shared take-home assignments! This will allow you to create a take-home assignment that can be easily set for take-home assignment activities on multiple jobs. To create a new shared take-home assignment, head over to the Take-home Assignments page.
You'll first be prompted to name your new take-home assignment. Then, configure the shared take-home assignment:
- Overview: Fill in the take-home assignments titles, groups, and feedback requirements
- Notes for Reviewers: Notes reviewers see when reviewing the submitted take-home assignment
- Assignment: Information shown to candidates when completing their take-home assignment
- Feedback form: Choose the feedback form reviewers complete when reviewing the take-home assignment
You may also promote custom take-home assignments assigned to current take-home assignment activities by clicking on the Promote to Shared
button in the custom take-home. NOTE: This requires the Elevated Access - Admin, Elevated Access - Admin Private, or Org Admin roles.
For custom take-home assignments, clicking on the Delete & Link to Shared
button will allow you to set another shared take-home assignment for the activity.
