Template filters for E-signature documents
You can now add filters to your E-signature templates so you only see specific templates when sending out signature requests.
Large organizations often need to manage dozens of E-signature documents; employment agreements, NDAs, compliance forms, regional addendums.
As your template library starts to grow, recruiters will need to scroll through many irrelevant templates and may risk selecting the wrong document when creating E-signature and offer packets. E-signature template filters fixes this.
How E-signature template filters work
Set rules that control when each E-signature document appears in your workflow. Recruiters only see documents that match their current context.

Filter your templates by various fields connected to the job consideration like region, interview stage, department, and more.
Now, when you have something like various state-specific compliance documents, you can can filter each by location so a recruiter creating a California offer packet only sees California documents.

This also applies to other use cases like engineering roles seeing technical NDAs, executive hires getting different offer packets templates, or international candidates seeing region-appropriate forms.
Getting started
- Go to Admin → E-signature Documents
- Select a document template and check the option to only allow using the template on specific job considerations
- Create filters to specify when this document should appear
