Update candidate availability after interview is scheduled or completed
We now support candidates updating their availability using their candidate availability link after an interview is scheduled or has completed. This update allows interview Organizers to get updated availability from candidates so they can reschedule interviews without canceling the existing interview.
When a candidate provides their availability, and the interview is scheduled, an option to copy the candidate availability link will appear on the schedule interview activity. This can be pasted into an email to send the candidate.
Then, when a candidate goes to the candidate availability link, they'll see an option to update their availability.
Once availability has been resubmitted, this will be logged on the candidate profile.
