Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I've helped streamline and automate a number of small processes so that account executives can spend more time speaking with customers and less time entering data.
Something I've helped the team with...
In my first quarter I collaborated with Jacob to land Ashby's largest customer yet!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
It's so exciting to see the passion for our product and the volume of people that reach out to us to learn more. It's a testament to the quality and power of the product our team has built.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
Chapman and I worked on a document to breakdown two competitors of Ashby to help the Sales team improve their pitch to customers on our value add and key differentiators.
Something I've helped the team with...
On the Sales team, it’s important to have strong messaging around our product. I contribute to building messaging templates that the Go-to-Market team uses to engage prospects and make sure that we are highlighting the key aspects of the platform from a perspective of a day-to-day user.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
It’s surprising how much Ashby's leadership believes in a holistic approach to your work and life balance. People say they care about the two but, when the rubber meets the road, work tends to come first. Not with Ashby. If you’re not doing well personally and need time, that is priority, and you see it in how leadership discusses work when you need to take time off.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
Constantly updating and tweaking our documentation with more EMEA-focused content and collateral!
Something I've helped the team with...
After having read the book "RecOps: Recruiting Is Still Broken. Here Is How To Fix It" by James Colino, I wrote a summary for our Go-to-Market team to read through during their onboarding. It gave them a better understanding of the priorities and challenges of our customers from the get-go!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
Constantly surprised by how thoughtfully we ship products and features that truly make a difference in the talent world, all in record time. Makes my life on the sales side extremely fun and dynamic!
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I built out our quarterly sales and churn forecast to help with Go-to-Market planning and resource allocation. These forecasts allow us to plan for the quarter and estimate where we are going to end the quarter in terms of Net and Gross ARR.
Something I've helped the team with...
I built out a new churn process to standardize data collection around customers that may chose to leave Ashby so that we can learn from them!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
There is so much documentation! The team is amazing at documenting their processes and decisions.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I've been refining how we work with larger, and more complicated, customers to ensure they have a full understanding of the product and the ability to see value as soon as possible.
Something I've helped the team with...
I am building out competition focused content to ensure we have a strong understanding of the other platforms in our market and how Ashby delivers a differentiated experience.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The raw power in our product —with a few clicks we can deliver insight and understanding that traditionally took hours, days, or weeks of working in spreadsheets. It's amazing to watch customers light up when they see what they are capable of with Ashby.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I have improved our sales process to help our start-up customers evaluate Ashby.
Something I've helped the team with...
We have documentation on nearly everything at Ashby which has been a game changer for the onboarding process. After introducing a new sales intelligence platform to the Go-to-Market team, I helped document the set up instructions and best practices.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The most surprising thing about Ashby is how many people talk about their positive experience with the tool and how quickly that message has been spreading to others! It speaks volumes to the engineering and design principles at Ashby.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I'm helping to shape our GTM approach for larger companies in EMEA, learning and sharing the nuances of selling in this market.
Something I've helped the team with...
I've collaborated with EMEA colleagues and leadership to refine messaging for the EMEA market.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The obsession to provide the best-in-class product to our clients. Everybody cares so deeply about what our clients need - it's refreshing to be a part of.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I am proud to have guided over 175 companies through selecting Ashby as their ATS of choice. From companies as small as two hiring their first engineer to companies with over 100 employees and plans to double in size. It is so fun to see how Ashby can be a fit for everyone!
Something I've helped the team with...
I’ve been actively involved in onboarding new team members at Ashby, helping them get up to speed quickly and feel supported from day one. I love to be a go-to resource!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The pace of innovation! It is very rare to have a custom suggest an idea and then see it come to fruition so soon thereafter. Our release blog is a world of wonder 🎉
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I'm very proud that I brought in the largest deal in company history less than 5 months into my tenure here. This prevalent logo in the AI space will help spur growth as we move upmarket, and had a significant impact from a revenue perspective.
Something I've helped the team with...
I've built a "Mutual Partnership Plan" that some of my teammates use in their conversations with prospective customers as we map out the steps that need to be taken before a partnership is cemented. It can be a helpful project management tool that creates accountability and surfaces concerns.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
It has to be how effusive customers are about the product. It's really fun to demo this for folks who have been using tools that haven't met their standards for a long time.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
In May 2023, I joined Ashby to assume the responsibility of customer renewals and build out a scalable contract management process. By July, I had complete autonomy over our customer renewals and contract inquiries, and was able to deliver transparent and on-time renewals for both our customers and Ashby. This transition has helped to improve our overall customer retention, while creating a more intentional and positive renewal experience.
Something I've helped the team with...
I was thrilled to see Ashby identify the need for my role early on as a company, as a dedicated Contract Management team is essential for allowing Sales and Customer Success to dedicate their efforts to bringing on and supporting Ashby customers. The commitment to customer growth and success was evident in this business decision, and has proven effective since I joined Ashby to take over renewals and contracts.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The pure delight of Ashby's customers will never cease to amaze me, and is unlike anything I have experienced in Saas. This is, of course, due to Ashby's overall vision and the high level of talent they have secured. Each team with Ashby brings an essential element that adds to the customer fandom over Ashby that we see each day. It is a joy to engage with customers who are so infatuated with the product and the Ashby way!
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
In my fifth month at Ashby, I closed our biggest deal yet. It was a great way to see firsthand how the whole team supports sales and comes together as we learn how to win in the enterprise space and displace legacy ATS providers. Building the enterprise sales motion has been really fun and I'm excited to see this record broken!
Something I've helped the team with...
As we continue to build enterprise pipeline, I've helped create sales collateral to support the specific needs we're uncovering to better support our competitive position and stand out as a thought partner vs just another vendor.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
As a salesperson, the way Ashby team members embrace the One Team culture has been the most pleasant surprise. Folks across teams are proactive to open their networks to help book meetings and/or move deals along.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I standardized processes to help our Startup Account Executives provide amazing experiences for our customers. We strive to become both product experts as well as thoughtful and trustworthy advisors for the businesses that we work with.
Something I've helped the team with...
A standardized dashboard in HubSpot for our Startup Account Executives that enables us to remain aligned on all the key areas of our motion. This dashboard has given us the opportunity to have a variety of meaningful conversations with both my direct team as well as other departments. As they say, you can't improve what you don't measure!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
Ashby's thoughtful and intentional culture fuels our rapid innovation, creating an extraordinary number of Ashby super-fans in the market.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
When I joined in FEB '24 I really tried to hit the ground running generating pipeline in my new role. I was able to show the broader team success and shared my process to the whole sales team only a few quarters into my tenure. This also helped me excel in my first year and make the jump to Enterprise less than a year in to my time at Ashby.
Something I've helped the team with...
I talked about the outbound motion I helped create above but also just giving a really good sales experience when people come to Ashby and evaluate the platform.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
When I first started the customer love really stood out and still does. Another things that's became evident since I started, is the level of talent working at Ashby in every department. Everyone is really passionate about the problems were solving and the customers in this space. It's pretty wild to see the diverse backgrounds and the success people have had before Ashby. There's so many examples across all departments where people have seen what good looks like.

The sense of cross-functional collaboration from CS, Support, Partnerships, and beyond has been incredible.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...

Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
Supporting the (growing) SE team over the past year, from 1 SE (Chapman) to 3 (Chapman, Kushal, myself) to a fully staffed team of 8 SEs.
Something I've helped the team with...
Helping to update the SE new hire onboarding process to streamline the ramping period and get SEs working with customers as quickly and confidently as possible.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
How fervent the Ashby user base is about our products. I've never worked at a company where people are this excited about how our technology (and the people behind it) support them!
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I've helped 90 exciting startups across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific evaluate and get started with Ashby to achieve their ambitious hiring goals.
Something I've helped the team with...
I'm currently the onboarding buddy for two of our newest Startup Account Executives in EMEA, showing them the ropes and helping them ramp up as quickly as possible so they can start running ATS evaluations with our prospective customers.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
In a relatively short time, Ashby has become one of the best ATS's on the market (the best in my opinion, but I might be biased!). Having worked at multiple software startups in the past, it's truly mind-blowing how quickly we've become a category leader, how good and fast our Product and Engineering teams are, how talented, thoughtful, and tenacious the team is at large, and most importantly how much our customers love us and how much value we're delivering for them.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I'm excited to help advance Ashby to the biggest vision possible - to help those in TA and TM have a complete end to end tool that feels like they dreamt it themselves.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
Great so far!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
That it's hard to find a negative review on the product OR the team - unheard of in the HRTech space!

I'm excited to build a deep understanding of our mid-market customers and then align our sales talent and resources to help accelerate their growth from start-up to global enterprise.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
It's been fantastic! I'm genuinely impressed with the amount of documentation and resources available on day one. Having worked at a number of organizations at a similar stage and size, I can say that this is easily the best onboarding experience I've had.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
Seeing the operating principles in action. Throughout the interview process and onboarding you immediately recognize an "Ashby way" of doing things that is thoughtful, empathetic and efficient.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I've built workflows and processes that have improved CRM data cleanliness, making it easier for teams to access accurate and reliable information. This has enabled streamlined reporting and reduced inconsistencies.
Something I've helped the team with...
I completely redesigned our lead routing process across multiple systems to ensure we are set up for 2025 and beyond!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
How laser-focused the entire team is on growing and hitting goals. The combination of energy, focus, and determination is unmatched.

Something I've helped the team with...
I've worked with cross-functional teams to create business value assessments that showcase Ashby’s impact, giving Talent Leaders a stronger voice to drive change.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
One of the most surprising things about Ashby is how much depth is built into every feature—it’s not just an ATS, but a full-fledged analytics and automation powerhouse.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I’m proud of the early impact I’ve had in shaping a smooth renewal experience for our customers. I’ve worked closely with the Customer Success team to support upcoming renewals and ensure they’re set up for success, both from a commercial and relationship standpoint.
Something I've helped the team with...
I’ve shared feedback with Alex based on my experiences at previous companies, and I really appreciate how open she’s been to incorporating that into our processes. Some of those conversations have led to small but meaningful changes that help streamline workflows and create more clarity for the team—which ultimately supports a better experience for both our customers and internal stakeholders.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
Ashby is a hidden gem—not just because of the incredible product we deliver for customers, but because of the environment, culture, and amazing people that make it all happen.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
I'm super proud to have onboarded 125+ start-ups in EMEA to Ashby since joining, it's so exciting to see the momentum we now have across the globe, and to work with Europe's most ambitious businesses!
Something I've helped the team with...
As an early joiner to the EMEA team, it's been great to help build on our European sales team culture. We've got a really tight-knit team - it's always fun when we get together on a quarterly basis. I think this is especially important in a remote setting, and it's been a fab forum to share knowledge!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
It truly feels like being on a rocketship - it's really exciting to see how quickly Ashby is becoming a key player in the ATS market and posing a good challenge to our competitors. This is even more exciting in Europe as we're still a fairly new team here and the Ashby buzz seems to have caught on fast!
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
Having spent the majority of my career in Talent Acquisition, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and limitations of today’s TA tech landscape. I understand the importance of a talent strategy that drives hiring excellence, and I’m excited to continue building on Ashby’s innovations to help elevate recruiting processes and analytics. At the end of the day, people are an organization’s most valuable asset, and investing in a talent strategy that supports this is crucial. I’m thrilled to be part of Ashby’s mission to provide organizations with the tools they deserve to achieve hiring success and make a lasting impact.

Most surprising thing about Ashby...
From the outside looking in - it's the competitive nature of Ashby. Ashby is taking the space by storm and it's very exciting to see.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I'm super excited to help contribute to the enterprise selling muscle at Ashby. It's a big challenge and these customers can really drive a company to raise the bar on product features, sales processes, and much more.

It's been fantastic to see some of the fresh content built out specifically for new hires. I've worked in a few mid to late stage startups and Ashby has had the best product and release documentation that I have ever seen.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
Extremely focused communications - people are very disciplined about the use of email, Slack, and other tools which is critical at a rapidly scaling international company!
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I'm excited to work with an outstanding & deeply motivated team to help Recruiting teams and hiring managers embrace a better way to hire. The opportunity in Enterprise & Mid-Market to let go of the status quo is vast and getting even a fraction of them inspired to swap over to Ashby is going to help thousands of candidates have a better candidate experience.. This means the stakes for us to succeed are high!
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
Simply lovely; everyone has gone out of their way to make sure I feel connected starting in a remote-first company like this. The depth and breadth of our knowledge repositories is incredible, allowing me to deeply immerse myself in everything I need to know in order to succeed in the role.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
How well-crafted and strategic the long-term ambition is, surprising given how young Ashby is as a company. The executive leaders have a phenomenal plan and are executing well to make the next 5-15 years a great success for Ashby.
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of in my first three months has been hiring two incredible new managers to lead our Startup and Mid-Market teams. This is the first time we’ve split the segment into two distinct teams, and it marks such an exciting milestone for our Sales org, a real testament to the success and momentum this team has created! And hiring incredible leaders is a force multiplier!
Something I've helped the team with...
I've helped build out our prospecting playbook to help support the sales team with their pipe generation efforts, along with a bit more focus on the inputs that reps can control to help lead them to successfully achieving their quota. I'm a firm believer in being able to control the controllables, and not get overly fixated on the outputs (quota achievement).
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
Slack Culture. This speaks directly to one of Ashby's operating principals of "thoughtful communication" - but our Slack is not noisy and distracting, and I do not feel the need to play "whack-a-mole" with endless channels or DMs.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I'm excited to make an impact on the Startup sales team and help our clients create the best hiring process possible to meet their growth goals

Most surprising thing about Ashby...
I was pleasantly surprised by how humble but driven everyone on the team is. These qualities are universal at Ashby and allow us to share a north star of delighting customers!
Something I'm proud of at Ashby...
Beyond deal work, some of my biggest career moments have come from collaborating with Marketing, including presenting to TA leaders at our AI Summit and emceeing the Labs stage at Ashby One. Those experiences reminded me how lucky I am to be at a company that pushes me outside my comfort zone and actually invests in helping me grow.
Something I've helped the team with...
Not the most glamorous work, but was happy to help bring on a tool to streamline how our team manages RFPs. It's the kind of behind-the-scenes work that flies under the radar, but it frees the team up to focus on what actually matters - winning deals.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The most surprising thing is how real the culture actually is. High performers with low egos isn't just something Ashby says, but something you feel every day. Everyone is pushing to be better, but your teammates are genuinely rooting for you while you do it.

I partnered closely with the AE and internal stakeholders to navigate a complex process, align on messaging, and address stakeholder concerns clearly and confidently. This allowed me to contribute meaningful impact early on and helped demonstrate how effective collaboration enables fast momentum even in enterprise sales cycles.
Something I've helped the team with...
I’ve helped the team by creating reusable content around some of our key integrations, based on the questions that come up most often in customer conversations. The aim has been to make it easier for AEs and SEs to explain how these integrations work in practice and to go a bit deeper when needed. Having this content available helps avoid repeating the same explanations, keeps our messaging consistent, and makes demos and follow-up conversations smoother.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
What surprised me most about Ashby is just how strong the team is across the board. The “frustratingly patient” approach to hiring really shows - you’re surrounded by people who are thoughtful, capable, and great at what they do. It’s been a really positive experience so far!! The team has been welcoming, the onboarding feels intentional, and I’ve appreciated how open everyone is to questions as I’m learning. (:
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
How genuinely kind and thoughtful everyone is. There’s a lot of care in how people communicate and support each other, which isn’t something you always expect at a fast-growing company.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I am excited to work at Ashby because the company treats enablement as a driver of execution, not a support function. The team values clarity, rigor, and outcomes, which aligns with how I approach my work. I am motivated by the chance to help AEs perform better through enablement that shows up in results.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
Day one at Ashby and the onboarding already sets the tone. Clear, thoughtful, and human. Enough structure to move fast, enough flexibility to stay sane. Off to a strong start and excited to keep going.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
How intentional everything feels, especially this early. The level of clarity, documentation, and ownership makes it easy to move fast without feeling rushed. It is rare to see a team scale while still keeping that level of thoughtfulness.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
Ashby has a rapidly growing customer base that are very passionate about TA platforms, and Ashby specifically. It is not hard to find an overwhelmingly positive sentiment about what the team at Ashby has built up to this point. I am looking forward to meeting TA teams to learn more about what they are trying to achieve and introducing them to the game changing recruiting platform they've been looking for.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
So far so good. My first week was at our GKO which was a great opportunity to meet my colleagues in person. This was especially valuable since we are a fully remote company. I also was able to get a sense for the culture and energy at Ashby, which is contagious!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The people and the technology. The product really is as good as you see when you do your research. And the team is full of genuinely talented and passionate people, the kind you are excited to build with, challenge, and be challenged.

I’m proud of the role I played in supporting the team during a high-energy, record-breaking end of quarter. It was my first quarter at Ashby, and being part of the momentum, contributing to pipeline, staying engaged in deals, and collaborating closely with teammates was incredibly rewarding.
Something I've helped the team with...
I’ve helped the team by quickly ramping up and contributing to a more consistent, repeatable approach to my sales process, especially around discovery, positioning, and follow-up. I’ve spent time refining how I structure recap emails and executive summaries so they clearly tie customer pain points to Ashby’s value, and I’ve shared those with others on the team to help standardize messaging.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The most surprising thing about Ashby has been both the depth of the product and the level of collaboration across the team. As I’ve ramped, I’ve realized Ashby is not just an ATS, and the team is incredibly open in sharing knowledge on how to best position it. That combination has made it much easier to get up to speed and continuously improve.

I’m excited to help scale the enterprise business at Ashby so that larger organizations can transform their hiring to drive better candidate and recruiting outcomes! We already have an incredible list of customers and the amount of genuine love we've earned from the talent community speaks for itself. It’s obvious Ashby listens closely to customers and builds around what recruiting teams actually want. Companies that excel at hiring have a real strategic advantage, and I’m excited to work with teams that see recruiting that way, especially as competition for top talent continues to intensify.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
I'm beyond impressed at how structured the onboarding experience has been so far. I feel like I have everything I need to be successful, and everyone is genuinely happy to help you if you need it. The amount of documentation already developed makes things much easier and allows Slab AI Copilot to excel at enabling self-service for new hires!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The most surprising (or unsurprising) thing about Ashby is how much the talent community loves Ashby. It's rare to see the amount of organic testimonials in the wild and genuine love for the brand. I feel proud to work here and inspired to continue evangelizing the mission so that more organizations can experience the same feeling that so many already do.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I’m excited to help scale Ashby’s mid-market GTM motion by partnering with growing companies that need a more strategic approach to hiring. Ashby’s product strength across recruiting, analytics, and scheduling creates a strong value story, and I’m excited to translate that into clear business outcomes for mid-market teams.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
My onboarding experience at Ashby has been excellent. I’ve been really impressed by the level of organization and thoughtfulness put into the process, especially the clarity and detail of the tasks and to-do items. Everything feels intentional and well-sequenced.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
I’d say the most surprising thing has been the level of operational rigor across the company. For a fast-growing team, the clarity around priorities, documentation, and cross-functional alignment is impressive. It’s clear that the same intentionality that shows up in the product also shows up internally.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I’m super excited to work with a product that really is at the top of its game. Ashby is what I wish I had when I was in recruitment, so I'm looking forward to showing TA teams how they can operate more efficiently with better visibility across their hiring processes.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
Great! The level of documentation and organization makes the onboarding process really smooth, and it’s been easy to rely on. Not taking away how incredibly supportive and willing to help the team and HR have been!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
It’s not easy to manage a fully remote organization and still maintain a strong culture, but Ashby does this incredibly well so everyone still feels connected.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I’m excited to contribute to Ashby’s outbound motion and help shape how we reach and engage the right customers. I’ve spent a lot of time building outbound strategies and enjoy figuring out what messaging actually resonates and leads to meaningful conversations. What really stands out to me is how clear Ashby’s product-market fit has been from early on. The team has already helped so many organizations improve how they run recruiting, and it’s evident that the product is a true leader in the space. I’m excited to be joining at a time where we can continue to build on that momentum and help even more teams streamline their processes and grow more efficiently.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
My onboarding experience has been great so far. The team is incredibly warm and welcoming, which is especially impressive in a fully remote environment. Collaboration is clearly a priority, and you can tell Ashby is very intentional about fostering that kind of culture. I’ve also been really impressed by the depth of internal documentation. This makes it easy to ramp quickly and shows how much thought has gone into supporting both new and tenured team members.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
One of the most surprising things has been how much inbound demand is driven by word of mouth. At the same time, it’s not entirely surprising given how strong the product-market fit is; teams clearly get a lot of value from Ashby and are eager to share it with others.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I started my career in recruiting and spent several years at CareerBuilder helping organizations optimize how they hire, so this is a space I care deeply about. Honestly, I wish I had a tool like Ashby when I was a recruiter. What excites me about Ashby is the opportunity to help companies rethink how they run talent operations in a way that actually ties to business outcomes. Most teams are still operating with fragmented tools and limited visibility, making it difficult to hit hiring goals or consistently improve quality of hire. Ashby changes that by bringing ATS, scheduling, sourcing, and analytics into a single platform, giving teams clear, real-time insight into what’s working and what’s not. I’m excited to partner with customers to make their hiring more data-driven, more efficient, and ultimately more impactful on the business.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
It’s been an awesome, all-hands-on-deck onboarding experience. One of the things that’s stood out most to me is how intentional Ashby is in how it operates. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and there’s a clear “why” behind it. It’s clear the team truly practices what they preach, especially when it comes to building great processes and using data to drive decisions, which has made ramping both structured and really impactful.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
One thing that’s really stood out to me is how customizable the Ashby product is. Most of the software I’ve sold in the past has been more “what you see is what you get” and largely the same for every customer out of the box. Ashby differs in that it can be tailored to each customer’s unique hiring process, surfacing what matters most to their business, front and center. That level of flexibility makes it much more impactful and aligns really well with how modern recruiting teams actually operate.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
Throughout my career, I've seen first hand how great hiring can impact a company. Ashby is giving teams a solution to do that well with world class innovation, all while maintaining a fantastic culture.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
It has been great!
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
How much foundational framework and processes are already documented and thought through for a company at this size and scale.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I am looking forward to working with customers to share how they can use Ashby to remove pain point that legacy ATS systems cause day to day. When the technology is robust and easy to use the People teams that we support can focus on the human elements of HR and Recruiting.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
Onboarding has been great! I appreciate the task list in Ashby. It has kept me on track and moving at a good speed.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
How much depth the platform has and the sheer amount of features that are shipped yearly. There are so many valuable areas of the platform for customers and it keeps getting better!
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I’m excited to help drive growth in the startup segment by partnering with fast-moving companies that care deeply about building strong teams. I’m looking forward to refining messaging, learning from customer feedback, and helping more companies see the value of a modern, data-driven recruiting platform.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
The most surprising thing has been how intentional the company is about execution and communication. Even while growing quickly, there’s a strong focus on clarity, collaboration, and building things the right way.
Something I'm excited to work on at Ashby...
I’m excited to help Ashby continue expanding upmarket and partner with some of the world’s most innovative companies. Looking forward to helping enterprise teams rethink how recruiting operates through a more modern, data-driven platform.
My onboarding experience at Ashby...
It’s been great so far. Everyone’s been incredibly welcoming and the onboarding has been very thoughtful and organized. I’ve especially enjoyed how much context is shared around the business, product, and customers early on. It’s clear there’s a strong focus on helping new hires ramp the right way, not just quickly.
Most surprising thing about Ashby...
Honestly, probably how deeply the team understands the recruiting function and the operational side of hiring. Coming in, I expected a strong product, but I’ve been surprised by how strategic the conversations are internally around hiring predictability, talent density, executive visibility, and how recruiting ties directly to broader business outcomes.
