Join exclusive events

Join (or lead!) members-only programming, including hands-on workshops, roundtable discussions, networking events, and more.

Join the Community

This community is intentionally designed for practitioners whose primary responsibility is Recruiting Operations. It is not intended for Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiters, or Heads of Talent who may have RecOps as part of their domain.

Membership Criteria

Apply to join our private community of operators. We accept individuals who:

  • Currently work in, or have held, a Recruiting Operations role within the past year.

  • Spend the majority of their time working directly in Recruiting Operations: recruiting systems, processes, analytics, enablement, automation, operational strategy, etc.

Because titles don't always reflect day-to-day work, we review applications based on what someone does, not just their job title.

Community Guidelines

We ask all members to adhere to the following guidelines to help keep conversations valuable for everyone.

Help build the community

This community is built around practitioner-to-practitioner learning. Ask thoughtful questions, provide context, and consider sharing your experiences, workflows, lessons learned, and more to help others.

Lead with practitioner expertise, not promotion

The goal is to help peers solve problems, not to promote products, services, or companies. Promotional content, unsolicited sales, and self-promotion are not permitted.

Respect confidentiality

Treat community discussions as confidential. Don't share another member's posts, screenshots, or internal information without their explicit permission.

Be respectful

Healthy debate is encouraged, but remember to challenge ideas, not people, assume positive intent, and treat everyone with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks will result in removal from the community.
