Overview

Endorsed is an AI recruiting tool that reviews inbound applications and scores candidates against job criteria. Connected to Ashby, Endorsed advances qualified candidates to the appropriate pipeline stage, triggering any interview scheduling or email automations configured in that stage. Stage changes made in Endorsed write back to Ashby in real time.

How to use

1. Once signed up to Endorsed, integration is handled through the steps mentioned in the Help article(https://help.endorsed.ai/en/articles/9346598-sync-with-ashby).

2. Once integration is complete, Endorsed will notify you once your ATS is synced, which is typically complete within 24 hours. At that point, you can come inside of Endorsed, and configure your AI to review applications on any job active within Ashby.
