BambooHR
Overview
BambooHR is a widely used HRIS for small to mid-size companies. When a candidate accepts an offer and is marked as Hired in Ashby, their details, including name, email, start date, salary, and custom offer fields, are pushed to BambooHR as a new employee record. The sync is one-way from Ashby to BambooHR and supports custom field mapping for additional data like job title, department, and stock options.
How to use
In Ashby, go to Admin > Integrations > BambooHR. Enter your BambooHR API Key and Subdomain to connect.
Optionally enable Resume Sync and Offer Letter Sync by selecting the relevant file category from the dropdown.
To sync additional BambooHR fields, create Offer Custom Fields in Ashby linked to BambooHR's Job Information or Employee Stock Options tables.
When a candidate accepts an offer and is marked Hired, their data (name, email, phone, LinkedIn, salary, start date, and any custom fields) is pushed to BambooHR — either manually via the candidate profile or automatically if auto-sync is enabled in Admin.
