Juro
Overview
Juro is an AI-powered contract management platform used by HR and legal teams to automate contract creation and e-signature workflows. Connected to Ashby, Juro auto-generates employment contracts by mapping fields from Ashby candidate and job data, keeping legal and HR teams in sync. Fully signed contracts are pushed back into Ashby as the system of record, with real-time status tracking throughout.
How to use
In Ashby, go to Admin > Integrations > Juro, click Enable, create an Ashby API key for Juro (this grants Juro access to push updates back to Ashby).
In Juro, go to Settings > Integrations > API, activate the API, and copy your Juro API key. Then go to Webhooks, add a new webhook with URL https://app.ashbyhq.com/api/juro/webhook, paste your Juro API key as the security signature secret, select all triggers, and save.
Back in Ashby, paste your Juro API key into the Juro integration settings and click Update.
Go to Admin > Integrations > External Workflows, click "+ Add" > Juro, configure the workflow name, entry point, and field mappings.
Add the Juro workflow as an activity on the relevant interview plan stage — when a candidate reaches that stage, click "Start Workflow" to kick off the Juro contract process.
