Rippling
Overview
Rippling is an all-in-one HR, IT, and Finance platform that automates onboarding when a new hire is created. Connected to Ashby, candidate and offer details are automatically pushed to Rippling when a candidate is moved to the Hired stage, triggering payroll setup, device provisioning, app access, and benefits enrollment.
How to use
In Ashby, go to Admin > Integrations > Rippling and click "Connect to Rippling" in the slideout sidebar.
Complete the OAuth flow to install the Ashby app in Rippling.
Return to the Rippling page in Ashby admin and select the custom offer fields you want to sync (department, job title, equity, signing bonus, work location).
When a candidate accepts an offer and is marked Hired, click "Add to Rippling" on their profile to create a new employee record in Rippling.
In Rippling, click Hire and select "A candidate in the applicant tracking system" to complete the hire using the data pushed from Ashby.
