Overview
Workday connects Ashby's ATS with your Workday HRIS to reduce manual data entry between recruiting and HR. When a candidate is marked as hired in Ashby, their information can be pushed to Workday to initiate onboarding. The integration also supports syncing open job requisitions from Workday into Ashby, keeping headcount and pipeline data aligned across both systems.
How to use
Contact your Ashby CSM to schedule a Workday kickoff call — this integration requires coordination between Ashby, your Workday administrator, and your talent team.
In Ashby, go to Admin > Integrations > Workday and click "+Enable Workday," then configure your Workday Integration System User (ISU) credentials in the access settings.
Follow the Workday HRIS Integration Setup guide to configure job mappings, sync settings, and which fields to sync between Workday and Ashby.
Enable the desired sync features: positions to openings, job requisitions to jobs, and/or sending hired candidates to Workday.
When a candidate is marked Hired, push their data to Workday from the candidate profile; your Workday admin completes the hire employee business process in Workday.
