Overview

Zapier is a no-code automation platform that lets teams build automated workflows between Ashby and thousands of other apps without engineering support. Teams use Zapier to build custom triggers and actions around hiring events in Ashby, for example, sending a welcome email when a candidate is hired, or creating a task in a project management tool when an interview is scheduled.

How to use

1. In Ashby, go to Admin > Integrations > Zapier to create a dedicated API key, or generate one from Admin > API Keys.

2. In Zapier, create a new Zap and select Ashby as your trigger or action app.

3. When prompted to authorize your Ashby account, paste the API key from step 1.

4. Configure your trigger (event that starts the Zap) and at least one action, then turn on the Zap.
