AI-generated feedback summaries for interviews
You now have the ability to create AI-generated feedback summaries for candidates across interviews.
Generate these feedback summaries from two new places (in addition to debriefs) within Ashby:
- Candidate profile
- Interview briefing
Once generated, you will see a summary of the feedback you have access to, along with citations to the original feedback.

The summaries will stay consistent whether you view them from the debrief briefing, interview briefing, or candidate profile.
Summaries are divided into "strengths" and "areas for review" for scan-ability and serve as a basis of collaboration when evaluating candidates. This helps your team process a higher volume of candidates by highlighting key pieces of feedback across the interview process.
To get started you can generate these feedback summaries from the feedback tab on the interview briefings or directly from the candidate profile.
