Alert warnings for private fields

If a report includes private fields, we now call this out. This helps draw attention to these private fields so the alert can be reviewed to see whether recipients should receive this data based on their permissions.

This update adds a manual review of the report's data to help prevent accidental sharing of sensitive information, like when a report includes fields such as compensation data. The confirmation message shows how many private fields are included and can list them, making it easy to review before the alert goes out.

For current active alerts that include private fields, a warning indicator will show in the alert setup panel.

This warning has been updated to make it clearer that alert recipients will see data using the permissions of the person who enabled the alert.
