View previous approval notes

Approval notes from previous steps are now included in the notification emails sent to approvers and are visible in both the email and Slack notifications. This improvement allows approvers to take action based on notes left by previous approvers, eliminating the need to log in to Ashby to view them directly on the offer.

Another small update is the "Respond with Note" button in email approval notifications. This provides approvers a one-stop click to add a note, then approve or reject the approval.
