Auto-save candidate surveys

Candidate progress on candidate experience surveys, questionnaires, and EEOC surveys is now automatically saved. This makes it easier for candidates to complete longer forms over time without losing their work if they leave before finishing.

Previously, candidates could lose their answers if they left the survey and then returned later. With this update, their responses are saved for up to seven days after the last edit. Each new edit resets the seven-day window, allowing candidates to access their partially completed survey and submit it later.
