Automatically generate AI job criteria

You can now automatically generate job criteria for your AI-Assisted Application Review.

Clicking this button opens a dialog displaying:

1. Suggested criteria based on the job description you've written.
2. Criteria you've previously used for other jobs.

You can quickly add the auto-generated suggestions derived from the job description.

Alternatively, search for commonly used criteria that represent skills shared across multiple jobs.

This new library of criteria helps ensure consistency across your team’s evaluations while providing objective suggestions that are easy to validate based on your job posting.

To get started, head over to the settings of any job under AI Job Criteria.
