Candidate application visibility

You can now choose which application data other users can access for a candidate. This gives your team more control over whether employees who can view a candidate should also see a limited summary of that candidate’s other applications, even when they don't have an access role for those jobs. This doesn't apply to Confidential applications, which require a user to have that specific access role.

Here's an example of how the candidate profile will show when the visibility setting is set to "Yes":

There's a 30-day opt-in period starting September 25, which allows admins to review and update this setting in either the Job Management page or Upcoming Features page. This setting will then be live for everyone on October 25.
