Complete interview activity

Single-interview activities can now be marked as completed. This is helpful when an interview has already happened, and you want to record it in Ashby on an interview activity without going through the full scheduling flow.

On the schedule interview activity, use the new “Log as completed” option for unscheduled, single-event interview activity. Then, you can log the interview, confirming the interviewers who conducted it, whether their feedback is required, and the date/time the interview occurred.
