The following fields are now available for reporting:
Candidate Recording Consent: Reportable with the Candidate subject, as well as its own Candidate Recording Consent Choices subject. These fields report on the candidate's AI Notetaker recording consent status.
- Consent Choice: Will show with Opted In, Opted Out, or Not Collected.
- Submitted At: The date when consent choice was provided.
- Submitted By: User who submitted the consent choice (either the candidate or Ashby user).
- Is Latest Choice: Notes if this is the candidate's most recent consent choice.
Has Stage Entry Automations: Filter for or report on Jobs that have an stage entry automation for any interview plan stage.
Job consideration > job posting fieldset: Job posting fields can now be reported on through the Job Consideration subject.
