Interview confirmation email default

You can now choose whether interview confirmation emails are sent to candidates by default in your Organization's Scheduling Defaults and in individual schedule templates. Previously, we'd go with the last selection the person scheduling the interview used, but this wasn't consistent across the entire Organization. With this update, you can set a default for a specific setting all interviews will use.

To set this default for all interviews in Ashby, enable this setting on the Scheduling Defaults page.

This default may also be set for schedule templates, allowing different confirmation email defaults per schedule.

The feature will have a short opt-in period, allowing you to enable this setting for your Organization. After this period, confirmation emails will follow the settings on your Scheduling Defaults page and schedule template.
