We've included two new settings for AI Notetaker auto-fill: AI auto-fill in feedback forms and the ability to allow personal instructions and prompts. This would be set on the AI Notetaker Auto-fill page.
The Enable AI Auto-fill setting controls the AI auto-fill feature across the entire organization. Toggling this switch off disables this feature across all interview feedback.
The Allow personal instructions toggle controls whether interviewers can set their own custom instructions when using auto-fill for interview feedback. Toggling this off disables the option for interviewers to access their personal Auto-fill instructions page.
