Docusign, ADP, UKG and Remote integrations roundup

Today we're releasing our Docusign integration for offer letters and E-signature documents. This allows you to use your existing Docusign account for processing signatures without ever leaving Ashby.

This is perfect if your company requires Docusign for compliance reasons or you want to make use of Docusign’s branded experience while driving the entire signatory process from Ashby.

We’ve also had our ADP and UKG integrations running for several weeks, and earlier this week we launched Remote.com, rounding out our recent major upgrades to the Ashby integrations ecosystem.

Docusign

After a couple setup steps, Docusign is available to use straight away in your Ashby account for sending E-signature and offer letters.

Because we’ve built this to be so tightly integrated with Ashby, we’re able to provide updates on the signing status of your documents as they progress.

You'll also see the Docusign preview editor in Ashby when sending out documents for signature. Here you can take advantage of more advanced Docusign features like requiring a witness signature, editing recipients, identity verification, and more that is included in your Docusign account.

For customers using both our built-in E-signature and the new Docusign integration, you can set defaults and easily toggle between them at the org level and when sending an offer or e-signature document.

Embedded E-signing has been one of our customers most valued workflow improvements and extending this to use Docusign helps satisfy your needs around internal compliance, branding, and future advanced capabilities offered by the Docusign platform.

ADP

Our ADP integration has been helping customers streamline their workflows since launch a few weeks ago. Ashby customers who use ADP can now save time and keep data accurate across their recruiting and HR workflows.

The connector makes it simple for customers to automatically sync new hire data directly into ADP Workforce Now® in real-time to eliminate duplicate data entry and create a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding and payroll setup.

UKG

Our UKG Pro Onboarding integration has also been live and helping customers automate their hiring workflows.

The Ashby and UKG Pro Onboarding integration enables customers to automatically push hired candidates from Ashby to UKG Pro Onboarding as pre-hires, ensuring a seamless transition of candidate data from Ashby to UKG.

With this new integration, mutual customers can automatically provision and de-provision users in Ashby, sync key employee attributes to ensure data consistency, and reduce manual admin work across HR and recruiting teams.

Remote.com

The Ashby and Remote.com integration creates a new employment record in Remote using Ashby offer details.

The push happens:

• On offer approval/creation (if approvals aren’t used)
• On hire (manually via Add Candidate Data button or automatically if auto-push is enabled)
