When candidates are added to Ashby as a direct referral, you can now have a confirmation email automatically sent to that candidate. This confirmation email could provide a great candidate experience by acknowledging that they were referred for a role in your company by an employee.
To enable this setting, head over to the Referrals page. Then, in the Referral Confirmation section, choose a referral confirmatione mail tempalte to enable the feature.
We've also introduced two new substitution tokens you can include in the email template:
Candidate Referrer's First Name: To include only the referrer's first name in the email template.
Candidate Referrer's Full Name: To include the referrer's entire name in the email template.
