Signed document file name update

Viewing and downloading signed E-signature documents now use clearer file names across all Ashby. For signed document requests, Ashby now uses the document’s name (for example, nda.pdf ). This makes it easier to access the file after downloading by referencing the file by its document name.

For signed offers, the document will still include “Signed Offer” in the title.

This new file name structure will also apply when viewing the signed document in Ashby. This applies to all E-signature documents signed since February 2026.
